Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation Alexey Yeresko paid a working visit to Kazan
Alexey Yeresko, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, paid a working visit to the Republic of Tatarstan.
Accompanied by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin, the objects of buildings of apartment buildings 28 and 30 on Minskaya Street, Kazan, were inspected, in which repair work is being carried out within the framework of the regional capital repair program of the MKD. During the inspection, Alexey Yeresko clarified the use of standards in the republic for capital repairs.
Then the Deputy head of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation visited biological treatment facilities in Kazan and a plant for thermomechanical treatment of precipitation. Reconstruction of biological treatment facilities in Kazan is being implemented under the national project "Ecology". To date, the performance of work is 56%. After the reconstruction is completed, the treatment facilities will be able to effectively cope with all modern pollutants and significantly reduce the volume of their discharge into the Volga.
During the introductory meeting at KGASU, the Deputy Minister was presented with programs on new educational disciplines in the field of housing and communal services. Alexey Yeresko highly appreciated the curriculum of the new directions: “It is very important to train professionals for the operation of the housing fund. The life cycle of a house is much higher than the construction process, so competent maintenance, as well as ensuring continuous management of the MCD at all stages of its life cycle, is very important. Now the specialists who maintain the house are very much needed and in demand,” said Alexey Yeresko.
At the end of the working meeting, the Republican Ministry of Construction discussed the progress of the implementation of the federal projects “Clean Water” and “Improvement of the Volga”, the regional overhaul program, issues of regulatory legal regulation of control measures of goszhilnadzor bodies in the field of MCD management, the passage of the heating period on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
