The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan summed up the work of the commonwealth of organizations managing apartment buildings
Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan held a general meeting of the self-regulatory organization of the Association "Commonwealth of organizations managing apartment buildings of the Republic of Tatarstan" on the results of activities in 2022 and tasks for 2023.
Director General Nazif Fatyikhov told about the results of the Association's work.
According to him, during the implementation of the training program for 2012-2022, 30,604 specialists studied and improved their qualifications, including 1,192 specialists in 2022.
In addition, the results were announced on the number of appeals from citizens, licensing of the management of apartment buildings, on the execution of estimates of income and expenses.
"Another, perhaps, very important area of the Association's work together with Domservice Group for the reporting year was the conduct of housing lessons in schools of the city of Kazan and the republic within the framework of the project "Live like a master", – said Nazif Fatyikhov.
In addition, the results of the competition "The best organization in the field of management of apartment buildings of the Republic of Tatarstan" were summed up based on the results of activities in 2022.
The meeting was also attended by Deputy Head of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Shaidullin, Chairman of the Association Council Marat Gubeev, Deputy General Director of the Association Almaz Arslanov, Deputy General Director of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan "Tatleasing" Ildus Nasyrov, heads of management companies, heads and representatives of executive committees of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, students and heads of specialized educational institutions.
