The performance of seasonal types of work under the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings is more than 22%

The Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin told about the implementation of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings in Tatarstan this year at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

At the beginning of his speech, he recalled that 751 apartment buildings with a total area of 4 million 487 thousand square meters will be renovated in 2023. The financial volume of the program is 6 billion 717 million rubles.

In 2023, the Alkeevsky, Kaibitsky and Cheremshansky districts do not participate in the overhaul program of apartment buildings.

According to Marat Aizatullin, as of today, auctions have been held for 729 apartment buildings (13 MKD provides for both construction and installation works and replacement of elevators).

Now contractors are working on 508 houses, where 21.8% of the planned volume has been mastered. Including the performance of seasonal types of work is 22.5%.
