The annual plan for housing construction in the republic has been fulfilled by 45% - 1.4 million square meters have been commissioned. This was reported today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic Marat Aizatullin.

Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin took part in the work.

The Minister said that the commercial sector is the leader in the pace of housing commissioning - 46% of the annual plan. Developers have handed over 91 apartment buildings with a total area of 660 thousand sq. m.

Obligations under the social mortgage program have been fulfilled by 42%: 17 houses on 67 thousand square meters have been built.

In the line of individual housing construction, statistical reporting indicates the implementation of the annual plan by 45% - this is 674 thousand sq. m.

In his speech, the Minister also informed about the progress of inspections within the framework of the sanitary and epidemiological two-month cleaning of the territories of settlements "Clean Construction". So, according to the results of the first month, the Inspection of Gosstroynadzor revealed 19 violations. Specialists of the department have drawn up 21 protocols. 10 legal entities and 11 officials were brought to administrative responsibility. The most typical violations are improper arrangement of places for the collection of production and consumption waste, untimely removal of garbage from sites and the absence of wheel washing points for construction equipment.
