Construction of a social mortgage house has begun in Arsk

In the city of Arsk, due to the investments of the State Housing Fund, construction of a 48-apartment residential building on Baki Urmanche Street, 18, has begun.

The new building will have two entrances and four residential floors. The total project area of the apartments will be about 3 thousand sq.m. All apartments (of which 12 are one–room, 24 are two–room and 12 are three–room) in the house will be fully ready for living, equipped with plumbing, double-circuit boilers for individual heating, gas stoves, gas analyzers, water, gas and electricity meters.
