The overhaul of apartment buildings in Tatarstan was carried out by 33 percent

To date, the performance of major repairs of apartment buildings in the republic as a whole is 33%, work is being carried out in 567 apartment buildings.

This was announced at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan by the General Director of the Foundation for Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Airat Abuzyarov.

In 2023, 42 municipalities are participating in the overhaul program. The program provides for more than 3 thousand types of work, as well as last year.

"In order to ensure timely capital repairs, electronic auctions were held to determine qualified contractors. According to the terms of the concluded contracts, seasonal types of work should be completed by August 15, work on the replacement of elevator equipment by September 1," the speaker noted.

In his speech, the General Director of the Housing and Communal Services Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan also announced information on the replacement of elevator equipment. Thus, the program provides for the replacement of 257 elevators in 96 apartment buildings that form the capital repair fund on the account of the regional operator. To date, contracts have been concluded for the replacement of elevators in all houses, work is underway to replace 208 elevators in 82 apartment buildings, 12 elevators in 6 apartment buildings have already been submitted for commissioning. More than 80% of the work on the replacement of 58 elevators in 25 apartment buildings has been completed.

In conclusion, Airat Abuzyarov noted that in 2023, electronic auctions were held in January 2023. This made it possible to start the planned work in the second half of March.
