620 apartment buildings are being overhauled in Tatarstan

In 2023, 751 apartment buildings with a total area of 4 million 487 thousand square meters will be repaired in the republic as part of the capital repair program. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Marat Aizatullin at a weekly meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

As of today, 730 objects have passed the bidding stage: in 13 apartment buildings, both construction and installation work and replacement of elevators are provided.

In general, the volume of work has been completed by 41%. Work is underway in 620 apartment buildings, 210 elevators are being replaced in 83 MKD. At 133 sites, the volume of work exceeded 70%.

Major repairs at 21 facilities in the municipal districts of the republic have been fully completed.
