The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed the preparation of a master plan for an all-season country resort in Laishevsky district
A meeting on the creation of the first all-season country resort in the Republic of Tatarstan based on the water potential of the Kuibyshev reservoir was held by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
The event was held in the Republican Ministry of Construction, it was attended by the First Deputy General Director of JSC "Corporation Tourism.Denis Sekachev, Head of the Laishevsky municipal District Ildus Zaripov, Chairman of the State Committee for Tourism of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Ivanov, Deputy Ministers of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilnur Nurmukhametov, Vladimir Kudryashev.
During the discussion, the issues of preparation of project documentation and comprehensive development of a master plan for an all-season country resort on the territory of 73 hectares in the Laishevsky municipal district were considered. The participants also discussed issues of technical connection to engineering networks.
Recall that with the participation of Tourism.In the Laishevsky district on an area of 73 hectares, it is planned to build facilities for all-season tourist accommodation: hotels, SPA centers, restaurants, glamping and infrastructure for beach holidays. A special feature of the project will be the creation of a yacht marina and coastal service infrastructure.
