62% of the annual plan for housing commissioning has been introduced in Tatarstan

To date, 1 million 917 thousand square meters have been commissioned in Tatarstan, which is 62% of the annual plan. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a weekly meeting in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting was held in videoconference mode by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

Commercial housing developers have commissioned 115 apartment buildings with a total area of 926 thousand square meters, or 65% of the planned volume.

As part of the social mortgage program, 20 houses on 81 thousand square meters were commissioned, which is 50% of the total amount of obligations.

The annual plan for individual housing construction has been completed by 60% - 911 thousand square meters have been commissioned.

Also in his speech, Marat Aizatullin informed about labor protection measures at construction sites. He said that since the beginning of the year, representatives of self-regulatory organizations have visited construction sites 1013 times. 464 control and supervisory measures were carried out by the State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Main Investment and Construction Department - 256 times conducted inspections of facilities under construction with control and supervisory measures, all 472 violations identified since January of this year have now been eliminated.
