A meeting of the Public Council was held in the Republican Ministry of Construction
Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, told about the implementation of state housing construction programs in the Republic of Tatarstan today at a meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The meeting was held by the Chairman of the Public Council Rinat Abdullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov took part.
Ilshat Gimaev said in his speech that 44 republican programs, 7 national projects, 4 state programs, which include the housing program, are being implemented in the Republic of Tatarstan this year. "To date, 1 million 917 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned, which is 62% of the annual plan," the deputy minister stressed.
In terms of housing commissioning, Tatarstan ranks first in the Volga Federal District, sixth in Russia.
He recalled that from 2007 to 2021, with the support of the Government of the republic and the federal center, 141 problematic shared-equity construction facilities were put into operation, more than 18 thousand deceived shareholders were provided with housing. "We can proudly announce that in Tatarstan the most painful phase with deceived shareholders has been passed," Ilshat Gimaev noted.
The meeting also discussed the implementation of programs and projects in the field of construction of health facilities, education, culture and sports.
The discussion was also attended by members of the Public Council – Ildus Asadullin, Architecture Adviser to the General Director of SUE Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt, Valery Leontiev, Chairman of the audit commission of the NGO Homeowners' Association Initial, Aidar Sagetdinov, Chairman of the Council of the NGO "Union of Youth of Enterprises and Organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan" and others.
