Alexey Frolov held the first meeting of the headquarters on preparation for the heating season

The first meeting of the republican headquarters on preparation for the heating period this year was held today in the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan. It was held by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov.

 

The meeting was attended by representatives of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan (via videoconference), ministries, departments and industry enterprises.

 

Within the framework of the headquarters, the issues of preparing municipalities and organizations of the fuel and energy complex for the heating period, as well as ensuring quality control over the preparation of the housing stock for the launch of heat supply were considered.

 

Alexey Frolov began the work of the headquarters with the formulation of tasks in terms of preparing housing and communal services and social facilities for the heating period of 2023-2024. He informed the participants of the meeting that all the necessary measures to prepare for winter are prescribed in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan (No. 695 of 7.06.2023).

 

Addressing the representatives of municipalities, the First Deputy Minister also recalled the need to provide information on the progress of measures to prepare for the heating period in the information and analytical system "Monitoring of housing stock".

 

Deputy Head of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Shaidullin made a report on the work of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan to ensure quality control of the preparation of housing stock for the heating period. According to him, at present, the housing inspectorate is conducting on-site inspections for the performance of work on the overhaul of communal property, the quality of preparation of the housing stock for the upcoming heating period.
