Mazit Salikhov visited the facilities of overhaul and construction in the Pestrechinsky district
Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Mazit Salikhov got acquainted with the progress of construction and major repairs of residential and socially significant facilities in the Pestrechinsky municipal district today.
During the visit, he was accompanied by the Head of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Krainov, the Head of the Pestrechinsky Municipal District Ilham Kashapov and representatives of contracting organizations.
The first point of the visit was the objects of major repairs of the housing stock in the village of Koshchakovo. Mazit Salikhov inspected the progress of the overhaul of apartment buildings and visited the adjacent territory, where work has been launched as part of the implementation of the republican program "Our Yard".
In the Pestrechinsky district this year, the implementation of the Short-term plan should provide safe and comfortable living conditions for 225 citizens in 7 apartment buildings of the district with a total area of 5.8 thousand square meters, the total amount of funding is more than 45 million rubles. Roof repairs are planned in 5 apartment buildings, 5 - drainage systems, 2 - facade repairs, 3 - facade insulation. To date, the percentage of construction and installation work on all apartment buildings is 61%.
According to the "Our Yard" program, 23 yards will be equipped in the Pestrechinsky district, worth more than 54 million rubles. Mazit Salikhov drew attention to the fact that the work carried out must meet the requirements and take into account the wishes of residents.
During the detour, the participants also examined the progress of the overhaul of the Pestrechinskaya secondary school No. 1 in the village of Pestretsy. At the moment, the installation of the roof, interior decoration and electrical work is underway at the facility. Repairs are scheduled to be completed by September 1.
The Deputy Minister also visited the construction of an indoor football arena with a frame-tent covering. There will be a football field measuring 20 by 40 m and an administrative building. At the moment, monolithic works, installation of metal structures and roofs have been completed. The overall performance is 63%.
Addressing the representatives of the contracting organization, Mazit Salikhov stressed the need to observe labor safety at the facilities under construction.
