Pestretsy discussed issues of preparation for the upcoming heating season
Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Mazit Salikhov took part in a visiting meeting on preparation for the heating period 2023-2024. The meeting was held in the Pestrechinsky municipal district, held by the head of the district, Ilham Kashapov.
He noted that preparatory work on the preparation for the heating period of 2023/2024 in the district began at the beginning of this year. The corresponding resolution of the executive committee was adopted. According to him, according to the results of the commission visit of representatives of the executive committee and the Volga Administration of Rostechnadzor, work is currently underway to correct the identified comments in boiler rooms and social facilities.
To date, there are 501 apartment buildings in the Pestrechinsky municipal district, 68 of them with central heating, 433 with individual heating. The head of the district noted that in connection with the preparation for the heating period of apartment buildings, employees of the Executive Committee, together with management companies, carry out commission visits in order to determine the necessary measures to prepare for the heating period as part of the current repair. Together with heat supply organizations, work is underway on flushing and crimping the heat supply system, as well as work on checking chimneys and ventilation.
Dmitry Gorev, Deputy Head of the Volga Department of Rostechnadzor, and Sergey Krainov, Head of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, also made a report during the meeting. The head of the State Housing Inspectorate drew the attention of management companies to the preparation of chimney systems, ventilation ducts in apartment buildings, since the operation of gas equipment in winter depends on their timely preparation.
Summing up the results of the field meeting, Mazit Salikhov reminded the participants of the meeting about the adopted resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan (No. 695 of 7.06.2023), where all the necessary measures for preparing for winter are prescribed. In his speech, the Deputy Minister stressed the need to complete the work on time.
