Construction issues in historical centers will be discussed at the REBUS Forum in Kazan

On July 3-4, the forum "REBUS: Economics of Construction in the historical center" will be held in the Bashir Rameev IT Park in Kazan.

The event is supported by the Ministry of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation, the Head (Raisa) of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Union of Architects of the Russian Federation.

Based on its results, it is planned to develop a joint memorandum, which will reflect the shortcomings of the existing legislative and practical mechanisms of work in historical territories, set out the proposals of experts to legislators and executive authorities.

Among the speakers are Rustam Minnikhanov, Rais of Tatarstan; mayors of Kazan, Vologda, Ryazan, other Russian cities, as well as Chinese Qiqihar; representatives of federal and regional ministries and departments; chief architects of Perm, Leningrad Region, Moscow Region, Kaluga, Khabarovsk Krai, Vologda and many other regions; heads of leading architectural bureaus, developers, developers from all over Russia.

Specific and practical issues will be raised at the forum sessions, cases from different regions will be presented with their explanations. During the final plenary session, the participants of the event will adopt the final memorandum.
