The program of overhaul of apartment buildings has been completed by 69 percent

The total performance of construction and installation works under the program of overhaul of apartment buildings in Tatarstan is 69%. Including the performance of seasonal types of work is 72%. This was announced by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov at a meeting in the Government House.

He recalled that 751 apartment buildings with a total area of 4 million 487 thousand square meters will be renovated in 2023. The total amount of financing is 6 billion 717 million rubles.

As Alexey Frolov noted, construction and installation works have been completed at 134 facilities. Of these, over the past two weeks – 23 objects in 7 municipalities.

Work continues on 588 apartment buildings, including the replacement of 84 elevators.  On 271 houses, the volume of work exceeded 70%.
