In Tatarstan in May, the collection of payments for housing and communal services amounted to 101.3%

Today, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov reported at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan on the payment discipline of the population for housing and communal services and on preparations for the upcoming heating period.

Thus, the collection of payments of the population for housing and communal services in May of this year amounted to 101.3%. Compared to the same period last year, the growth is 3.2%. In January-May, the collection rate increased by 0.5% compared to the same period last year and amounted to 97.2%.

The average annual level was 99.4%, which is 0.6% higher compared to last year. In the context of municipalities, the situation with the collection of payments is as follows: in 26 municipalities, the average annual level does not reach the national average, while 19 municipalities, on the contrary, exceeded it.

The share of payments in electronic format reached 72.6%. However, the districts here show different indicators. Thus, in Drozhzhanovsky and Mamadyshsky districts, the share of electronic payments did not reach 50%. In 27 districts, the percentage of online transactions ranges from 50 to 72.6%. 16 municipalities exceeded the national average. Almetyevsk district became the leader, where 84% of payments are made online.

Alexey Frolov also briefly spoke about the preparations for the new heating period. According to him, a total of 1,160 boiler houses have been prepared, which is 40% of the total. According to the objects of education, readiness is 38%, healthcare - 37%, culture - 40%, social protection - 34%, sports - 44%. For apartment buildings, 3 thousand 385 objects have received readiness certificates to date - 19%.
