The Republican Ministry of Construction held a meeting with representatives of the Accounting Chamber of the Russian Federation
The meeting with the Auditor of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation Natalia Trunova was held today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
The meeting was held at the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, it was also attended by representatives of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation and Tatarstan, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Vladimir Kudryashev, representatives of the customer's services, GAU "UGEC RT" and SUE "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt".
During the discussions, regulatory legal acts that establish excessive requirements for the design and construction of capital construction facilities that affect the cost of facilities were considered.
The participants of the working meeting noted that the frequently changing rules and regulations of the requirements for capital construction facilities, especially education and healthcare facilities, can affect the commissioning dates and the cost of facilities.
