Since the beginning of the year, more than 9 thousand applications have been processed in the GISOGD system

According to the results of the first half of the year, 9,005 applications and notifications for municipal services were processed in the State Information System for Urban Development (GISOGD), for which 9,552 permits and notifications were generated, including for socially significant services. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In his report, the head of the Republican Ministry of Construction noted that the monitoring of the work of municipalities in the GISOGD system is carried out for the following services:

- notifications about the construction or reconstruction of an individual housing construction object or a garden house,

- issuance of a construction permit and commissioning,

- issuance of a town-planning plan for a land plot

- assignment, change, cancellation of an address,

- approval of the scheme of the location of the land plot on the cadastral plan of the territory,

- permissions to reject parameters,

- permission for a conditionally permitted type of use.

According to the Minister, the Yutazinsky, Pestrechinsky, Bavlinsky, Buinsky districts of the republic are actively working in the System. Average activity is observed in 18 districts, and low activity is observed in 22 districts.

In addition, the work of municipal districts continues to be monitored in terms of placing master plans in the GISOGD in accordance with the requirements of the Urban Planning Code.

"There is also a positive trend towards the end of the first half of the year. In 15 districts, the process of placing master plans in the System has been completed," Marat Aizatullin said.
