Preparation for the next heating season was discussed today in the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan
The third meeting of the republican headquarters on the preparation of housing stock, social facilities and heat supply for the heating period 2023-2024 took place today.
Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Mazit Salikhov listened to the reports of Aznakaevsky, Yelabuga, Chistopol, Buinsky municipal districts via videoconference.
According to the data entered by municipal districts into the Housing Stock Monitoring system, 1,887 boiler houses have been prepared to date, which is 60% of the total number.
In the field of education, 1,853 objects, or 57%, have been prepared, the readiness of health facilities for heat is 59% or 1,195 objects.
At the objects of culture, sports and social protection, preparatory work has been completed by more than 50%.
In order to prepare the housing stock for the heating period, flushing and crimping of intra-house central heating systems were carried out in 6,292 apartment buildings. This is 52% of the total. The ventilation ducts of the intra-house systems of 12 thousand 746 apartment buildings were checked, which is 72%. In addition, the ventilation ducts of intra-house individual heating systems in 66% of apartment buildings were checked. Readiness passports are issued for 6 thousand 170 MCD.
Addressing the representatives of municipalities, Mazit Salikhov recalled the need to provide information on the progress of measures to prepare for the heating period to the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan.
