2309 boiler houses in the republic are ready for the upcoming heating season
Today, the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan held a regular meeting of the Republican Headquarters on preparation for the heating period of 2023/2024. It was held by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Mazit Salikhov.
Representatives of Almetyevsk, Leninogorsk, Mendeleevsky municipal districts, the Ministry of Youth of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the preparation for the launch of the heat.
The work of the headquarters began with operational information and data monitoring. In total, 2309 boiler houses have been prepared in the Republic of Tatarstan, which is 74%.
A total of 2,417 objects or 74% of the plan have been prepared for educational facilities, 1,546 objects are ready for healthcare, which is 77%. 1,526 objects or 75% of cultural objects are ready for the heating season, and 112 social protection objects 68%.
The readiness of sports facilities was 78%, youth facilities – 64%.
According to the operational data of the State Housing Inspection, flushing and crimping of intra-house central heating systems was performed on 8 thousand 253 houses. This is 67% of the plan. The inspection of ventilation channels of intra-house systems took place in more than 80% of apartment buildings, ventilation channels of intra-house individual heating systems in 4 thousand 328 houses, or 78%. In addition, the in-house individual heating systems in more than 4 thousand houses have been tested.
Currently, readiness passports have been issued for 10 thousand 38 MCD, which was 56%.
Addressing the representatives of municipalities, the Deputy Minister recalled the need to provide information on the progress of measures to prepare for the heating period in the information and analytical system "Monitoring of housing stock".
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, ministries and departments of the Republic, higher educational institutions, the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Kazan JSC, Tatenergosbyt, etc.
