The All-Russian competition "The best house. The best yard"

The II All-Russian Competition of the best practices of management of apartment buildings "The best house. The best yard."

The competition is held in order to increase the activity and responsibility of owners in the process of maintaining the common property of the MKD, informing citizens about the protection of their rights in the housing and communal services, as well as modern practices and technologies for managing multi-apartment buildings.

The competition is held in 3 nominations:

1. The best yard (the improvement of the yard and the efforts of residents to create it are evaluated)

2. The most friendly house (the stories of solving problems that became possible due to the activity and consolidation of residents are evaluated).

3. The best entrance (the quality of work and the efforts of residents to equip it are evaluated)

4. The most energy-efficient house (measures implemented to reduce payments for housing and communal services are evaluated).

Applications for the competition will be accepted from July 10 to October 10. The popular vote will be held from July 10 to November 30. The results of the competition will be announced in December. More detailed information about the contest can be found here.
