A new Construction Equipment station was opened at the KidSpace site
Today, a new Construction Equipment station was opened at the KidSpace playground with the support of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister Ilshat Gimayev.
The station was created to promote the construction profession among children and young people.
"Many children are interested in construction from an early age - starting with cubes, toy cars and cranes. Therefore, a space dedicated to the construction industry should have appeared in KidSpace. At the construction equipment station, children will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the profession of a builder, and not in theory, but in practice. Children will be able to control real equipment, perform tasks. This will help develop children's interest in the construction industry and connect their lives with it by continuing their studies at Kazan University of Architecture and Civil Engineering," Ilshat Gimaev said in his welcoming speech.
According to the organizers, at the new station, children aged 7 to 14 years will be able to work on the most interesting and difficult to operate machines: a crane, an excavator and a manipulator. The curators of the station will tell children about construction and about safe work at the construction site, because the life and health of other people depend on it.
