More than three thousand boiler houses in the republic are ready for the upcoming heating season

Today, the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan held a regular meeting of the Republican Headquarters on preparation for the heating period of 2023/2024. It was held by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Mazit Salikhov.

The work of the headquarters began with operational data monitoring information. In total, 3,098 boiler houses have been prepared in the Republic of Tatarstan, which is 96%.

3,184 objects, or 98%, are ready for educational facilities. The Deputy Minister instructed 15 districts, where the indicator is lower than the national average, to strengthen the work, especially the Nurlat and Zelenodolsk municipal districts.

A total of 1,934 facilities have been prepared for healthcare, which is 98%. Among the 10 districts, the lowest indicator is in the Cheremshansky district. The need to strengthen the work was announced to representatives of the Arsky and Chistopol districts.

1,854 objects are ready for cultural objects – 97%, social protection objects are ready for 99%. 248 or 95% of sports facilities are also ready to start the heat.

Upon presentation of passports of readiness of apartment buildings for the heating period, according to the operational data of the State Housing Inspectorate, readiness passports were issued for 15 thousand 792 MCD, which is 89%.

During the discussion, Nikolay Surzhko, Deputy Minister for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke about the readiness to eliminate emergency situations at enterprises of fuel and energy and housing and communal complexes during the heating period.

Sergey Berezhnev, Head of the Contract Execution Control Department of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Kazan JSC, also spoke about the repayment of overdue debts by the organizations of the utility complex for the consumed natural gas.

Representatives of Zainsky, Nizhnekamsk, Nurlatsky municipal districts reported on the results of preparations for the upcoming launch of heat during the meeting.
