The staff of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan expresses its deep condolences to the family and friends in connection with the untimely death of Evgeny Georgievich Volkov, Deputy General Director of the State Institution "Main Directorate of Engineering Networks of the Republic of Tatarstan".

Evgeny Georgievich's career began with work at the Center for Economic and Social Research under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. Subsequently, he devoted his whole life to the development of housing and communal services. During the years of his work, with the direct participation of Evgeny Georgievich, modernization and development of the social sphere of the city took place. Thanks to his knowledge, work, and high moral principles, Evgeny Georgievich enjoyed authority and respect among colleagues and citizens.

He was awarded the Honorary title "Honored Builder of the Republic of Tatarstan, medals, diplomas, insignia and letters of thanks.
