The Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, accompanied by the leadership of the Almetyevsk municipal district, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Mazit Salikhov and representatives of the oil industry visited a number of educational institutions. The main purpose of the working trip is to participate in events dedicated to the Oilman's Day.
The first object was the School of Creative Industries, opened in the building of the Engineering Lyceum. The creation of the SHKI began in Almetyevsk in February 2023. The school was created as part of the "Invented in Russia" project.
Children aged 9-17 will study at the Almetyevsk School in such areas as interactive digital technologies, animation, design, photo and video production, electronic music, etc.
The second object was Gymnasium No. 1 named after R. Fakhretdin. By the new academic year, repairs have been made here.
Gymnasium No. 1 named after R. Fahretdin has been operating since 1996. This is a 3-storey building, currently more than 1 thousand people are studying here.
Another object of education was the Lyceum No. 1 named after M.K. Tagirov. The lyceum was put into operation after reconstruction. For the city, this is not just a lyceum, but the oldest educational institution in Almetyevsk, which was founded in 1918 as the first secular Tatar school.
Rustam Minnikhanov inspected classrooms, public spaces, and was also shown greenhouses in which schoolchildren grow green spaces, and biological laboratories.
