Mazit Salikhov held a regular meeting of the headquarters on preparation for the heating period
The regular meeting of the Republican Headquarters on preparation for the heating period of 2023/2024 was held today by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Mazit Salikhov. The headquarters was held in the building of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, it was attended by representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, republican ministries and departments. All municipalities of the republic were connected via videoconference.
Airat Gallyamov, Head of the Housing and Utilities Department of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke with operational information on the preparation of facilities for the heating period.
Thus, according to the monitoring of the housing stock, 3,200 boiler houses have been prepared in Tatarstan to date, which is 99%. 13 boiler houses remain in operation in Nizhnekamsk, Agryzsky, Chistopolsky, Zainsky and Verkhneuslonsky districts, also in Kazan.
3,244 educational facilities have been prepared for the heating season, which is 99%. This work has been completed in 40 municipal districts.
Ayrat Gallyamov informed the participants of the meeting that the facilities of healthcare (1,980) and social protection (166) are fully prepared.
The readiness of cultural objects is 99% - 1907 out of 1,914 objects are ready. Work has not been completed in Zelenodolsk, Nizhnekamsk, Nurlatsky and Novosheshminsky districts.
The readiness of sports facilities is 99%. Today, 2 objects (in Leninogorsk and Naberezhnye Chelny) out of 260 remain in operation.
In the field of youth policy, 107 objects out of 108 have been prepared, which is 99%.
As for the situation with the presentation of passports of readiness of apartment buildings, flushing and crimping of intra-house central heating systems was performed in 11,873 houses (97%). Ventilation ducts of intra-house systems on 17,405 houses (97%), ventilation ducts of intra-house individual heating systems on 5,491 houses (98%), chimneys of intra-house individual heating systems on 5,409 houses (97%) were checked. Readiness passports are issued for 16,992 apartment buildings, which is 95%.
Addressing the local leaders, Mazit Salikhov called for speeding up the work on completing the preparation of socio-cultural facilities and housing stock.
During the meeting, Maxim Ukolov, Deputy Director of the State Institution "General Directorate of Engineering Networks of the Republic of Tatarstan", made a report on the implementation of republican programs for the modernization of housing and communal services.
Elena Titova, Head of the Electric Power Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the preparations for the upcoming heating period of electric power enterprises.
The reports of the heads of the executive committees of the Arsky, Kukmorsky and Tetyushsky districts were also heard.
