The program of overhaul of apartment buildings has been completed by 98 percent

Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin told about the current situation of capital repairs of apartment buildings in the Republic of Tatarstan at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan

The total performance of construction and installation works under the program is 98%. Including the performance of seasonal types – 99%.

Work on 506 houses has been fully completed. 257 elevators were replaced in 96 apartment buildings.

219 apartment buildings are currently being renovated. At 196 houses, the volume of work exceeded 70%.

The Minister recalled that 751 apartment buildings with a total area of 4 million 487 thousand square meters will be renovated in Tatarstan in 2023
