Ilnur Nurmukhametov, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, told students of the Kazan State Institute of Culture about the goals and objectives of the state civil service in the Republic of Tatarstan today. The lecture was attended by first-year students of the Faculty of Theater, Cinema and Television and the Faculty of Socio-Cultural Technologies and Intelligent Systems.
The Deputy Minister began his speech with information about the activities of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Deputy Minister noted that the key documents that regulate the issues of admission and passage of civil service are: the Federal Law "On the State Civil Service of the Russian Federation" and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan".
Ilnur Nurmukhametov told the students about the conditions of admission to the state civil service. He also noted that the results of ongoing programs, activities and reforms depend on the professionalism of civil servants."
"The main criterion for evaluating our work is improving the quality of life of the population. Thus, the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan is implementing large-scale systematic work within the framework of national projects and republican programs. We receive a great positive response to the implementation of the "Our Yard" program and the improvement of public spaces," the Deputy minister noted.
