"The main criterion for evaluating our work is improving the quality of life of the population," said Rustam Minnikhanov at the annual Address to the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. – For this purpose, large-scale systematic work is being carried out in Tatarstan within the framework of national projects and republican programs. This year alone, 4,070 social and cultural facilities worth 114 billion rubles will be built, reconstructed and repaired. These are new schools, kindergartens, youth centers, health, culture and sports facilities."
In addition, major repairs of 725 apartment buildings will be completed throughout the republic by the end of the year.
In his speech, Rustam Minnikhanov noted the importance of the implementation of improvement programs in the republic. "We receive a great positive response to the implementation of the "Our Yard" program (about a thousand yards are put in order every year), as well as to work on the improvement of public spaces. This year, work will be completed at 68 facilities throughout the republic," he said.
According to Rais of RT, national projects and state programs implemented in Tatarstan not only improve the quality of life, but also give a powerful impetus to the development of municipalities, change the face of the republic, making it more attractive.
"We understand how important the implementation of national projects and republican programs is for people. Therefore, our main task is not to slow down," said Rustam Minnikhanov.
