The preparation of cultural and health facilities for the heating season has been completed
The weekly meeting of the Republican Headquarters on preparation for the heating period of 2023-2024 was held today by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Mazit Salikhov. All municipalities of the republic were connected via videoconference.
Airat Gallyamov, Head of the Housing and Utilities Department of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke with information about the preparation of facilities for the heating season.
According to operational information, a total of 3,203 boiler houses have been prepared in the Republic of Tatarstan, which is 99%. 40 municipal districts have completed the work on the preparation of boiler houses.
In the field of education, readiness is 99%. To date, work has not been completed at 4 facilities in the Nizhnekamsk Municipal district. For sports facilities, an object in Naberezhnye Chelny remains in operation today.
"Healthcare, cultural and social protection facilities are fully prepared. The work in the field of youth policy has also been completed," noted Ayrat Gallyamov.
As for the preparation of the housing stock for the upcoming heating period, to date, 17,638 apartment buildings have been issued readiness passports, which is 98%.
During the meeting, the chief state inspector of the interregional Department of State energy supervision and supervision of the Rostechnadzor GTS in the Republic of Tatarstan, Marcel Zainullin, reported on the progress of registration of acts of readiness for the heating period by organizations of the communal complex.
Vadim Maryashev, Deputy Head of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, informed about the progress of the overhaul of apartment buildings. According to him, the State Housing Fund has accepted 381 apartment buildings after major repairs to date. Most often, the comments relate to the quality of the repairs carried out and the paperwork.
Deputy General Director of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan "Tatleasing" Ildus Nasyrov told about the formation of an emergency technical reserve for emergency response at housing and communal services facilities.
