Marat Aizatullin: All social facilities have been prepared in Tatarstan for the upcoming heating season
Tatarstan has fully prepared healthcare, social protection, culture, education, youth and sports facilities for the upcoming heating season, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin said today at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to the Minister, during the inter-heating period, all services carried out work on hydraulic washing and crimping of external and internal heating systems, repair work on engineering infrastructure, housing and social facilities.
"To date, healthcare, social protection, culture, education, youth and sports facilities have been fully prepared in the republic. The preparation of boiler rooms is being completed. To date, 99.9% of them are ready to work," Marat Aizatullin said.
Readiness passports were received for 17 thousand 787 apartment buildings, which is 99.7%. The head of the Ministry of Construction noted that a readiness passport is issued for apartment buildings not only after flushing and crimping the in-house heating system, but also after completing the current and major repairs of the house, checking ventilation ducts, and with individual heating also chimneys.
The Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of Tatarstan constantly monitors the heat supply to housing and social facilities, and organizes interaction with local self-government bodies. The Minister recalled that the heating season should begin on the sixth day of the period in which the average daily outdoor temperature is below 8 degrees Celsius. "However, local governments can, without waiting for the onset of cold weather, decide on the beginning of the heating season in the municipality and start running heat primarily in social facilities with permanent residence of people," he added. According to operational information, relevant decisions have already been made in 13 municipalities.
