Marat Aizatullin: the overhaul of 585 apartment buildings has been fully completed in Tatarstan

Programs for the repair of socio-cultural facilities and apartment buildings are nearing completion. This was reported at the weekly republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

According to the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings, the total performance of construction and installation works is 99%. Work on 585 facilities has been fully completed, including work on the replacement of 257 elevators in 96 apartment buildings. Repairs are continuing in 140 apartment buildings. In 99 houses, the volume of work exceeded 90%.

In the field of "Education", 7 republican and federal capital repair programs are being implemented. A hostel was commissioned in Bugulma under the program of repair of dormitories of secondary vocational education. Of the 7 kindergartens, one kindergarten remains in operation in Kazan with 91% of the work performed. Another kindergarten in Kazan has been commissioned this week. Of the 9 resource centers, a technical school in the Rybno-Slobodsky district remains in operation. Its implementation is 85%.

Within the framework of three federal and republican programs, the repair of all 118 primary-level modernization facilities has been completed under the Healthcare line. The repair of 15 inpatient facilities continues, the total implementation of which is 83%. This week, work has been completed in the Zelenodolsk district.

Four federal and republican programs are being implemented in the culture industry. They include 34 rural Houses of Culture – the total implementation of them is 80%. Out of 10 branch educational institutions of culture, work continues on 4. Construction and installation works have been completed by 75% of the planned volume.

In the field of youth policy, the volume of work on the repair of 6 children's health camps has been closed by 93%. The total implementation of the program is 88%.
