Marat Aizatullin took part in a visiting meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan

Members of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan got acquainted with the activities of the Institute of Spatial Planning of the Republic of Tatarstan today. The visit took place during a visiting session of the Public Council. The event was attended by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

 

GBU "Institute of Spatial Planning of the Republic of Tatarstan" was established on behalf of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.  The new institution is located on Kremlevskaya Embankment Street.

 

Director of the Institute of Spatial Planning of the Republic of Tatarstan Oleg Grigoriev presented to the members and experts of the Public Council the main goals and functions of the budgetary institution.

 

Currently, the Institute has organized active work on maintaining the State Information System for Urban Planning Activities (GISOGD). Today there is a positive dynamics in the operation of this system. So, since the beginning of the year, the system has processed more than 15 thousand applications and notifications for municipal services, for which more than 16 thousand permits and notifications have been generated, including for socially significant services. In addition, work continues together with the municipalities of the republic regarding the placement of master plans, land use and development rules and other information, documents and materials in the GISOGD in accordance with the requirements of the Urban Planning Code. According to the Director of the Institute, there is also a positive trend here.

 

According to Oleg Grigoriev, the staff of the institution is currently developing a master plan for the Kazan agglomeration. It is planned to complete the work by the end of this year.
