The readiness of municipal districts to launch heat was assessed today in the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan

A meeting with a representative of Rostechnadzor dedicated to the readiness for the heating period this year took place today in the Republican Ministry of Construction. It was held by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Mazit Salikhov.

 

The meeting was also attended by representatives of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan via videoconference.

 

As of September 28, according to the indicators of apartment buildings, objects of education, health, culture, sports, youth, social protection and boiler houses, 100% of the work has been completed. Today, the preparation of facilities for the winter period is coming to an end. One boiler house in Kazan remains in operation. In all 45 municipalities, they decided to start the heating season and started putting heat on social facilities and residential buildings.

 

According to the operational information of the monitoring of the start-up of heat to the objects of the social and housing and communal services, conducted by the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, 2,096 boiler houses have been launched, which is 65%. 7,044 apartment buildings are heated – 39%, 2,158 educational facilities or 66%.

 

At the same time, Mazit Salikhov reminded the representatives of municipalities about the deadlines for obtaining readiness passports (for municipalities – until November 15) and the need to work with information after starting the heat to the facilities: "I ask the heads of executive committees from the moment the heat is started to send a daily replacement report on the supply of coolant to housing and social facilities to the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan."

 

In addition, as part of the agenda of the meeting, a report was heard by the representative of the Volga Department of the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision in the Republic of Tatarstan, Marcel Zainullin.
