Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin held a meeting of the Presidium of the Government Commission for Regional Development, where they summed up the interim results of the construction and road industries for the first nine months of 2023, and also discussed the implementation of national projects in the regions. The meeting was attended by the Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation Irek Fayzullin.
The Deputy Prime Minister noted the positive dynamics in the development of the construction industry, with an increase in the volume of work by 9% compared to the same period last year. Over the past nine months, urban development potential has grown by 2.3% to 421 million sq. m. The volume of existing construction permits has also increased and reached 157.2 million sq. m.
The head of the Ministry of Construction Irek Fayzullin said that 33.6 million square meters were launched in nine months. m new projects, which is 15% more than in 2022. "The dynamics of housing commissioning is positive, we try not to reduce the pace. The volume of launches of new housing projects, the huge reserve that we have today is the law on integrated development of territories. In general, according to the programs of the Ministry of Construction of Russia, we are moving in accordance with the plans," Irek Fayzullin said.
During the meeting, Marat Khusnullin thanked the regions for the implementation of indicators for national projects and programs. "I would like to note the high level of work in the Nizhny Novgorod Region, the Republic of Tatarstan, the Penza Region, the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Chechen Republic, the Republics of Buryatia and Adygea, the Samara and Tyumen Regions, the Chuvash Republic," the Deputy Prime Minister stressed.
