The International Construction Championship has started in St. Petersburg

On October 17, the grand opening of the III International Construction Championship took place at the Expoforum Exhibition Center in St. Petersburg.

More than 1,500 specialists in the field of construction will compete for a prize fund of 53.1 million rubles for three days. The key theme of the III International Construction Championship in 2023 is "Technologies of the new time". It combines a competitive block, a business program and an exhibition exposition.

Today, within the framework of the business program, discussions are planned on the popularization of construction professions and technologies of the new era, import substitution in the construction industry. Participants will get acquainted with the practical experience of construction management and banking support in Russia, will consider digital technologies for managing processes in construction. The Open Lecture Hall will host topical speeches, discussions and master classes of the leading leaders of the construction industry. In addition, round tables, strategic sessions, forums with the participation of eminent specialists from Russia and abroad will be held.

The Championship was established by the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation and the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom in 2020. The Republic of Tatarstan is represented at the championship by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev, as well as the national team of the republic from among 30 students and 2 schoolchildren who will take part in the competitive part of the Championship.

The competitions will be held in 25 individual and team nominations in 3 blocks: construction, design, project management.
