Institute of Urban Development of the Republic of Tatarstan: according to the program “Our Yard” in 2023, 7144 appeals were received from Tatarstan residents

In Tatarstan, 7144 appeals have been received from citizens under the “Our Yard” program since the beginning of 2023. Such data was presented at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Director of the Foundation “Institute of Urban Development of the Republic of Tatarstan” Naila Zinnatullina.

The implementation of the program for all types of work amounted to 99%, while 33 districts have already completed the program.

Further, Naila Zinatullina noted the most affected issues in the appeals: poor-quality water drainage from the roadway, lack of repair of the pavement at the entrance group and other issues, including meetings with residents of courtyards where work is being carried out or will be carried out under the "Our Yard" program.

As for feedback, 90% of meetings with residents have already taken place within the framework of the “Yards of the top 200 of 2024”. Eight districts uploaded protocols – Aksubaevsky, Bavlinsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Yelabuga, Zelenodolsk, Kukmorsky, Rybno-Slobodsky, Sarmanovsky.
