In the republic, the plan for the construction of houses under the social mortgage program has been fulfilled by 90 percent

This was reported at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

As of October 28, the plan for housing commissioning in the republic was 95.5% completed. Developers have commissioned 2 million 960 thousand square meters, of which 1 million 163 thousand square meters is occupied by commercial housing – 145 apartment buildings. The implementation of the plan in this part is 81%.

The total area of 36 ready–made houses built under the social mortgage program is 145 thousand square meters. The annual plan is fulfilled by 90.5%.

In terms of individual housing construction, the total area of houses built is 1 million 652 thousand square meters.

The Minister also said that two federal programs are aimed at supporting housing construction. In terms of the federal Housing project, the total implementation is 62%. According to the state program «Integrated development of rural territories», one object remains in operation in the Sabinsky district, the implementation of which is 94%.
