The construction of a water treatment plant has been completed in the Alekseevsky district

The construction of a water treatment plant has been completed in Alekseevskoye village of the Alekseevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan. The design capacity of the facility after reconstruction was 42 cubic meters/hour. Construction work at the facility was carried out within the framework of the implementation of the federal program "Clean Water" of the national project "Housing and urban Environment".

The reconstruction project provided for the installation of coarse filters, pressure aeration and filters with sorbent and reverse osmosis.

In addition, in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2023, according to the national project "Housing and urban environment", water supply networks were built and completed in the village of Belous, the village of Surovka and the village of Novotroitskoye of the Tukayevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.  The project for the construction of a water supply system with a water intake node for the city of Nurlat is also being completed. To date, commissioning works are underway at the facility.

The federal project "Clean Water" is implemented within the framework of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment" and is aimed at providing citizens of the Russian Federation with high-quality drinking water. The goal of the project is to increase the share of the country's population provided with high–quality drinking water from centralized water supply systems to 88.8% by 2024. In cities, this indicator should reach 95%.
