The forum «Young specialist – builder of the future» will be held in Kazan

On November 23-24, 2023, the forum «Young Specialist – builder of the Future» aimed at attracting young specialists in the construction industry will be held at the Kazan Expo IEC. The forum is aimed at the formation of qualified personnel in the construction industry, housing and communal services and industrial production.  The participants will be students and teachers of architectural and construction universities and colleges, experts and employers, representatives of business and relevant ministries.

During the event, the prospects for the development of young specialists at enterprises, the level of demand for builders in the labor market, the necessary competencies for a successful career in the industry and other issues related to training and personnel training will be discussed.

Schoolchildren will be able to take career guidance events and master classes, students are scheduled to participate in round tables with experts, meetings with employers, a job fair, excursions to large industrial and construction sites of the republic
