Changes in urban planning and pricing in construction were discussed in the Republican Ministry of Construction

Seminar on «Changes in the legislation of urban development and pricing in construction. Features of the state examination of project documentation» was held today in the Republican Ministry of Construction. The event is held annually and is aimed at implementing the tasks set for the implementation of national projects, federal and republican programs in the construction industry.

The seminar was held by Deputy Ministers of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Vladimir Kudryashev and Ilnur Nurmukhametov.

«Practice shows that every year the volume of examination of the state order increases significantly, which means that the construction complex of the republic works efficiently. This year the expertise marks 35 years, all this time it has been ensuring the safety and reliability of construction projects in the Republic of Tatarstan,» Vladimir Kudryashev welcomed the participants.

The director of the GAU «UGEC RT» Rafar Shakirov made a report on changes in legislation. «Our institution is among the top expert organizations and ranks 3rd among state examinations in terms of the number of issued conclusions after Moscow. In the first place is the Moscow expertise, in the second place is the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia. Tatarstan occupies a worthy place in this rating. This indicates that the construction complex of the republic is developing, the number of objects under construction on the territory of the republic is an indicator of the competent policy of our Government and the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan and Russia,» Rafar Shakirov said.

In his speech, the director of the department clarified that since January 1, 2023, Tatarstan has taken another step towards digitalization of construction: it has become mandatory to use information modeling technology in the investment construction process for budget facilities.

The seminar also discussed issues of pricing in construction, mechanisms for the examination of project documentation. The event was attended by representatives of customer services, construction and energy organizations.
