The forum «Young specialist – builder of the future» will be held at Kazan Expo

On November 23-24, 2023, the forum «Young specialist – builder of the Future» will be held at the site of the Kazan Expo IEC. Students and teachers of architectural and construction universities, colleges, employers, experts, representatives of business and relevant departments will gather at the exhibition center. The upcoming event is aimed at the formation of qualified personnel in the construction industry, housing and communal services and industrial production.

The participants will discuss the prospects for the development of young specialists at enterprises and the demand for builders in the labor market. The key topic will be education and training. Speakers will talk about the necessary competencies for a successful career in the construction industry.

Within the framework of the business program of the forum, issues of career guidance and new approaches to personnel training will be discussed. Round tables will be held on the topic of building houses, tourist infrastructure, digitalization in construction and others. Interactive games, master classes, an exhibition, and a job fair will be organized at the forum site.
