The plan for housing commissioning in the republic has been fulfilled by 97.5%. Developers have commissioned 3 million 23 thousand square meters. This was reported at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin held a videoconference meeting with all districts of the Republic.

Commercial housing from the total volume is 1 million 208 thousand square meters. meters. This is 151 apartment buildings. The implementation of the plan in this part is 85%.

The total area of 61 finished houses built under the social mortgage program is 147 thousand square meters. meters. The annual plan has been fulfilled by 91%.

In terms of individual housing construction, the annual plan has already been exceeded.  The total area of finished houses is 1 million 668 thousand square meters. meters.

As part of the program to provide housing for orphans, 762 recipients have been identified. Employment contracts within the framework of the contract concluded between the Ministry of Land and Property Relations and the State Housing Fund were signed for 47 residential premises. According to the results of electronic bidding, 2 state contracts for the purchase of 715 residential premises were concluded between the Ministry of Land and Property Relations and the State Housing Fund under the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan.
