Ilshat Gimaev presented awards to the participants of the forum "Young Specialist–Builder of the future"
Honoring the participants of the regional forum "Young Specialist–Builder of the Future" was held today in the Republican Ministry of Construction. The awards were presented to the participants by Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In his speech, Ilshat Gimaev noted that the main purpose of the forum was to solve urgent problems - involving young people in the construction industry, forming a personnel reserve of working specialties and engineering staff and increasing the prestige of the construction profession, as well as early professional orientation.
As part of the business program of the forum, round tables, workshops, interactive games, a job fair, live communication with representatives of the construction industry and potential employers, and visits to facilities were held.
1796 people took part in the forum. These are students of higher and secondary educational institutions, schoolchildren, teachers, representatives of construction organizations, state and municipal authorities, republican departments and volunteers.
