The Republican Ministry of Construction awarded the winners and prize-winners of the contest "The most comfortable settlement"
Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan summed up the results of the annual competition "The most comfortable settlement" for 2022.
Diplomas of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan were presented to the winners by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov.
He noted that summing up the results of the competition on the eve of the New Year has become a good tradition.
The purpose of the competition is to identify settlements of municipalities of the republic that have shown the best results in the improvement and transformation of the housing and communal services industry. The competition for the most comfortable settlement is held in 7 nominations, the best landscaping company, the best HOA and the best organization for the management of apartment buildings are also selected.
The winners receive a cash prize at the expense of the premium fund from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Thus, Naberezhnye Chelny was awarded a diploma of the I degree for the 1st place in the nomination "Settlements with a population of more than 100 thousand people", and Almetyevsk was awarded a diploma of the II degree for the 2nd place.
Bugulma was awarded the first degree diploma for 1st place in the nomination "Settlements with a population of 45 to 100 thousand people". In the nomination "Settlements with a population of 30 to 45 thousand people", the first place belongs to the city of Aznakaevo.
In the nomination "Settlements with a population of 15 to 30 thousand people", Mamadysh took the first place, Buinsk took the second place, Bavly took the third place. In the nomination "Settlements with a population of 5 to 15 thousand people", the first place belongs to the village. Aktobe Aznakaevsky district, II place – Urussu village of Yutazinsky district, III place Aktanyshskoye rural settlement and village. Rybnaya Sloboda. In the nomination "Settlements with a population of 1 to 5 thousand people", Krasnogorsky rural settlement of Mamadyshsky district took the first place, Innopolis took the second place and Kzyl–Yarsky rural settlement of Bavly district took the third place. In the nomination "Settlements with a population of up to 1 thousand people", the Sunsky rural settlement of the Mamadyshsky district was awarded the I place of the diploma, the Verkhnetakermenskoye rural settlement of the Menzelinsky district was awarded the II place, the village of Staroe Shaimurzino of the Drozhzhanovsky district was awarded the III place.
In the nomination "The best enterprise, institution, other organization for landscaping", the I degree diploma for 1 meto was awarded to the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Enterprise of Highways" (Naberezhnye Chelny), in the nomination "The Best homeowners Association" – HOA "Trust" (Zainsk), in the nomination "The best organization for the management of apartment buildings" – LLC CC "PZhKH-17" (Nizhnekamsk).
In addition, diplomas of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan were awarded to Rich Subs for their active work on improving the architectural appearance, LLC UK "Building the Future" (Moscow Naberezhnye Chelny) and Homeowners' association "Luck" (Urussu village of Yutazinsky district) for high performance in landscaping, Meshinsky rural settlement of Sabinsky municipal district, Tumbarlinskoye rural settlement of Bavlinsky municipal district, Akkuzovskoye rural settlement of Aktanyshsky municipal district and Biryulinsky rural settlement of Vysokogorsky municipal district - for active participation of the population in landscaping, for active participation of the population in landscaping.
