The housing commissioning plan for 2023 in the republic has been exceeded by 8.6 percent

According to the housing construction program, the plan set for 2023 has been exceeded by 8.6%. As of today, 3 million 365 thousand square meters have been commissioned in the region. This was announced at a meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.          

The meeting in videoconference mode with all municipal districts was held by the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Including 1 million 702 thousand square meters accounted for individual housing construction, 1 million 503 thousand square meters - for multi-apartment investment housing, 161 thousand square meters - for houses on social mortgages.

Speaking about housing programs for certain categories of citizens, Marat Aizatullin informed that the stage of concluding contracts has been completed in the category of "orphans", which includes 762 recipients. Registration of ownership rights for the republic is underway for 564 premises, lease agreements have been concluded for 198, apartments have been transferred to orphaned children.

According to the housing program for young families, out of 81 recipients of subsidies, all families living in 38 municipalities used the funds.

Of the 34 certificates issued to large families with 5 or more children, 32 have been implemented. The rest of the families are selecting apartments.

In the category of citizens from among internally displaced persons, Chernobyl victims and migrants from the Far North, all 6 certificates provided for issuance in 2023 have been issued.
