The federal register of problematic objects has been closed in Tatarstan
The Fund for the Support of Shareholders of the Republic of Tatarstan has received permission to put into operation an underground parking lot in the residential complex "Ministry of Emergency Situations", located at 1K6 Zur Uram str. 186 parking spaces of deceived shareholders. Thus, the federal register of long-term buildings in Tatarstan is completely closed.
The parking lot is designed for 267 parking spaces and consists of 5 blocks. The completion of the construction of the facility was carried out under the republican program of support for shareholders. During the work on the stylobate part, the asphalt pavement was updated, as well as a new playground was installed, and work was carried out on the landscaping of the courtyard area.
Since 2018, the Fund for the Support of Shareholders has commissioned more than 30 problematic facilities in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Yelabuga, Pestrechinsky and Bavly districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, more than five thousand defrauded shareholders have been restored to their rights. This became possible thanks to the full support of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, R.N. Minnikhanov, the assistance of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Territorial Development Fund, the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, city authorities, network and contracting organizations.
