Tatarstan residents did not experience problems with heating and hot water during the holidays

Despite the severe frosts, it was warm in the houses of Tatarstan residents. All this happened thanks to the uninterrupted and high-quality work of the housing and communal services staff, who were on duty all holidays. During the cold weather, the temperature regime of the coolant was increased, which made it possible to ensure a comfortable temperature in the houses.

According to Alexey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, before the New Year holidays, all organizations in the field of housing and communal services in Tatarstan carried out the necessary preparatory work for uninterrupted and high-quality provision of services and worked out possible emergency situations.

As the first deputy Minister noted, the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with local governments and housing and communal services enterprises, carried out a lot of work on preparing facilities for the heating period. All heat supply and heating grid organizations have received certificates of readiness for the heating period.

"In addition, the State Unitary Enterprise Tatleasing was put on standby, on the basis of which an emergency technical reserve of materials and equipment was created," he said.

Over the past holidays (12/30/2023 – 08.01.2024), 93 accidents were registered by the Department of Operational Work of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan.

"The appeals were mostly related to the temperature of the hot water supply and the management organizations promptly interacted with the dispatch service, and all these comments were promptly eliminated," Alexey Frolov said.

Statistics of registered requests:

41 - for cold water supply (33 accidents in Kazan, one accident in Bugulminsky, Zelenodolsk, Kamsko-Ustinsky, Laishevsky, Muslyumovsky, Novosheshminsky, Sabinsky districts and Naberezhnye Chelny);

31 – for hot water supply (27 accidents in Nizhnekamsk district,3 accidents in Kazan and 1 accident in Naberezhnye Chelny);

10 – on heat supply (7 accidents in Kazan, one accident in Bugulminsky, Zelenodolsk districts and Naberezhnye Chelny);

9 – for gas supply (all in Kazan).

2 – on power supply (one accident in the Vysokogorsky and Kaibitsky districts).

Applications were created for all applications, emergency teams were formed, which promptly eliminated emerging situations.
