Rustam Minnikhanov was told about the progress of construction works: the installation of a reinforced concrete monolithic frame of the building, waterproofing and insulation of the basement walls of the building, etc.
Then Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the construction of a hotel complex near the Millennium Bridge. It will include five towers. The first two of them are planned to be built by October this year. The Rais of Tatarstan was informed about the main parameters of the facilities under construction and the progress of ongoing work.
In conclusion, Rustam Minnikhanov visited the construction site of the Children's Park near the Kazanka Embankment. The new space will become a place of recreation for children and adults. The activity area includes playgrounds, recreation and food areas. It is planned to install a pavilion in the park, which will host events and workshops for children.
To date, the site has completed work on the breakdown and vertical layout of the territory, work has been done on driving piles under the pavilion and fountain building, sleeves for power supply lines have been installed, work has been completed on dismantling and installing a new staircase to Fuchs Square, monolithic work on installing a new staircase. Work continues on the installation of embedded elements for lighting poles, the laying of power supply networks and low-current networks, monolithic work for the further installation of pedestrian paths.
