In 2023, almost 3 thousand families of Tatarstan received housing under the social library

In 2023, the State Housing Fund under the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan built 64 houses with a total area of 160.7 thousand square meters throughout the republic and provided comfortable housing for 2,966 Tatarstan families under affordable preferential terms of a social mortgage.

Employees of the public sector, enterprises financing the program, orphans, young families, doctors, grantees, large families and the widow of a WWII veteran received new housing with repairs.

The main construction locations were large cities – Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny. In Kazan, 5 houses for 564 apartments were built in the residential area "Salavat Kupere", in Naberezhnye Chelny in 2023, the State Housing Fund built 2 houses of 170 apartments each in 63 microdistricts of the city.

The terms of the social library program remained unchanged – 7% per annum, an initial payment of 10% of the cost of the apartment, the installment period is up to 28.5 years. At the birth of a child, after registration, a gratuitous subsidy in the amount of 200 thousand rubles is allocated. To date, this is one of the most profitable programs for improving the living conditions of citizens throughout the country.
